Shipping Policies 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Daisy & Rose Boutique! Daisy & Rose ships all of our orders via USPS Standard Shipping at the set rate of $4.99. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are processed within 48 Business days. Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3-5 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Daisy & Rose does not ship internationally at this time.

Daisy & Rose Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered. If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers can file a claim with USPS. 

Return Policies

We accept returns within 14 days from when your order is received. The return fee is $5.

All items must be new, unworn, and with the original
tags attached.
Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.


How to Process a Return:
Simply email us at Daisyandroseboutique@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.


Gift Return:
If you received an item as a gift, please reach out and we'd be happy to issue store credit.
